Ahn Sun-young Faces Backlash After Complaining About Being Denied Entry to 300,000 Won Exam Due to 1-Minute Lateness

Comedian Ahn Sun-young faced a fierce backlash after attacking the organizing agency when she was unable to enter the exam hall due to being one minute late.

On the 9th, Ahn Sun-young lamented on her SNS that she was notified she could not enter while attempting to take an internationally certified English proficiency exam. She expressed her frustration, saying, "I couldn't find the parking lot and had to circle the one-way road eight times before finally parking. I arrived around 8:50 AM, before the 9:00 AM exam, but they wouldn't let me take the test because it was past the 8:50 AM entry deadline."

She continued her appeal, stating, "The exam fee is 300,000 won, so I protested by asking if it's really not allowed even when the person is right in front of them, but the staff member replied, 'That's why you should arrive early.' While that is true, I went through a lot of trouble to clear my entire schedule just for today's exam."

She expressed her dissatisfaction by tagging the official SNS account of the exam organizer, saying, "At least provide information about the parking lot in advance."

However, the public reaction was cold. Critics pointed out Ahn Sun-young's attitude of boldly attacking the organizer despite being late, with some responding, "Do you think being a celebrity gives you special privileges?"

Ahn Sun-young has since quickly deleted her post.
