AOA's Jimin Says Kim Shin-young's Drinking Habit Included Suddenly Calling Her Boyfriend

Former AOA member Jimin opened up about comedian Kim Shin-young's drinking habits, sharing a story that left the host visibly flustered.

On the 24th, Jimin appeared as a guest on the "Inviting the Teacher" segment of MBC FM4U's "Noon Song of Hope Kim Shin-young." The conversation turned to Kim Shin-young's behavior while drinking, and Jimin was asked to choose just one habit that stood out.

Jimin answered by pointing to two things: Kim repeating herself and suddenly revealing her boyfriend. "She repeats the same thing, and then there was the time she suddenly disclosed her boyfriend," Jimin said. "All of a sudden, she said this person was her boyfriend."

Kim Shin-young reacted in embarrassment, asking why Jimin had brought up that story. She explained that the boyfriend had actually come to the gathering at the time. "At first, I joked around and pretended he was someone we did not know, but these friends caught on quickly," Kim said.

Jimin then recalled the scene in more detail. She said someone suddenly appeared, prompting her to ask, "Who are you?" only to be told that he was Kim's boyfriend. After that, Jimin said, Kim confessed the truth, and everything started to make sense. "That really stayed in my mind," Jimin said as she remembered Kim Shin-young's boyfriend.

Kim Shin-young also turned the spotlight back on Jimin's own drinking habits. According to Kim, Jimin either cries or laughs when she drinks and sometimes repeats stories she has already told. Kim added a self-deprecating note, saying that when three of them gather to drink, all three end up repeating the same stories as if speaking to the wall.
