Singer and musical actress Bae Da-hae shared an update, revealing that she is undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) to have a second child.
On the 9th, Bae appeared in a video titled 'Nanjari-beth, laughing and crying over stories of cats that crossed the rainbow bridge' on the 'KB Insurance' YouTube channel.
She reunited warmly with MC Lee Seok Hoon, a close friend since her debut, praising him by saying, "I've listened to Lee Seok Hoon sing a lot, and his voice has become so much better compared to before." In response, Lee showed a shy expression, replying, "I am working hard on it."
While their bond has lasted for 16 years, the frequency of their meetings has significantly decreased since Bae and Lee each got married. Lee expressed his joy at seeing her, noting, "I've only seen her once since I got married. We grew quite far apart due to our respective marriages. But even after seeing her for the first time in a long while, nothing has changed."
Bae shared her positive thoughts on marriage, stating, "It's been very difficult lately because of the IVF treatment. My body feels heavy. Lee Seok Hoon made a good choice in getting married. I am now in my fifth year of marriage. It will soon be six years."
Bae married Peppertones member Lee Jang-won in 2021. She revealed that because natural pregnancy was difficult, she underwent her first IVF attempt, which failed due to chromosomal abnormalities, leading to a weight gain of 7kg.
