Yoo In-na "IU Goes to the Hospital from Accommodating Everything" Re-emerges Amid Lee Jong-suk Breakup

As singer and actress IU and actor Lee Jong-suk are reported to have recently broken up after four years of public dating, stories previously shared by her close friend Yoo In-na regarding IU's dating style are being revisited.

Last April, while promoting the MBC Friday-Saturday drama "Perfect Crown," IU appeared on the YouTube channel "Yoo In Radio" alongside her co-star Byeon Woo-seok. The three participated in a balance game, choosing between preferred dating styles: a "mindless lover" who is easygoing or a "human alarm clock lover."

IU chose the "human alarm clock lover" without hesitation, expressing her preference: "It's so good. I think dating a mindless lover who is just 'fine with this or that' would be draining. I am good at accommodating others. I think a lover who is like an alarm clock would be cute."

Yoo In-na immediately reacted, saying, "Don't be funny," showing she knew IU's personality well. She then revealed IU's sacrificial dating habits, stating, "IU follows whatever her partner wants to do. The problem is that she follows them to a dangerous extent. When she is exhausted, she should signal that she is drained, but she tries to handle everything until the very end and eventually ends up going to the hospital because she gets sick."

She followed up with sharp advice: "So, from now on, choose a mindless lover."

At the time, this was regarded as just a pleasant episode between two friends, but with the recent news regarding her relationship with Lee Jong-suk, these comments are being discussed by many once again.
