Ji Ye-eun's Surprise Reunion with Brother on 'Yoo Jae Suk Camp'

In the first episode of the Netflix original variety show 'Yoo Jae Suk Camp', which was released on the 26th, actress Ji Ye-eun had an unexpected reunion with her younger brother, Ji Dong-geon.

In the first episode, led by rookie camp director Yoo Jae Suk, staff members Lee Kwang-soo, Ji Ye-eun, and Byeon Woo-seok worked together to show the chaotic and fun process of running the camp. In particular, Ji Ye-eun's brother arrived without any prior notice, providing great entertainment.

The siblings were both surprised as they encountered each other on set, having no idea the other was appearing. Upon discovering Ji Dong-geon among the participants, Ji Ye-eun could not hide her embarrassment and shouted, "Hey!". When Lee Kwang-soo asked, "Do you know him?", she revealed, "He is my brother," surprising everyone.

Ji Ye-eun scolded Ji Dong-geon, asking, "Why didn't you tell me? Did you not even tell Mom?" Ji Dong-geon responded nonchalantly, saying, "I didn't know my sister was appearing. I only found out after reading an article." When Ji Ye-eun asked, "Did you say you were my brother when you applied?", Ji Dong-geon firmly replied, "No," which brought laughter.

When MC Yoo Jae Suk asked, "Dong-geon, you must have been very surprised too. If you had known your sister was appearing, would you not have applied?", Ji Dong-geon shook his head and replied without even a second of hesitation, "I wouldn't have, I wouldn't have."

One day after the release, Ji Ye-eun appeared on the MBC FM4U radio show 'Lee Sang-soon's Perfect Day' to share the vivid behind-the-scenes story. Ji Ye-eun confessed, "He applied when he didn't know I was appearing, and neither of us said anything. I'm not very close with my brother, so it was very embarrassing, and I can't forget the shock of that moment." She then subtly showed her affection for him, saying, "But perhaps blood is thicker than water; I kept worrying about him throughout the filming."
