Kim Ji-min announces pregnancy with husband Kim Jun-ho

Comedian Kim Ji-min has shared the joyful news of her pregnancy after a long wait. Fans are pouring in congratulations following the news of a new family member arriving for the couple, who have been preparing for a child since marrying Kim Jun-ho.

On the 30th, Kim personally announced her pregnancy through her SNS.

She expressed her overwhelming emotions, saying, "In 2025, we became an eternal two, and in 2026, this year, we have become the three we dreamed of. A beautiful life has come to my tiny belly."

She then revealed the pregnancy preparation process she shared with her husband, Kim Jun-ho, stating, "It was our first IVF attempt, started by relying on my husband, who comforted me by saying, 'Let's not overdo it and let's not be impatient.'"

In particular, Kim added to the joy by revealing the baby's nickname, saying, "Durub-i came to us on the very first try, as if it had been waiting for this day."

According to Kim, the baby's nickname is 'Durub-i.' She shared the time she spent focusing on her health for pregnancy, noting, "I focused on making my body healthy for about two months."

Recalling the pleasant moment at the time, she added, "It's still funny to remember how I heard good results from all the tests and then urgently insisted to the professor, 'I want to do the IVF now!'"

Kim also confessed that she took time to reflect on her own life while preparing for pregnancy.

Expressing gratitude toward her parents, she said, "I must have been a precious child that my mother so desperately hoped and wanted," adding, "I feel like I have worked even harder."

Furthermore, she showed her affection for her family, saying, "Now that the stable period has passed and I can finally speak about it, I can sleep soundly today. Now, with the two of us, Neukkim & Nari, and now Durub-i, I feel like I have the whole world."

Kim Jun-ho also appears to have been a reliable pillar of support during the pregnancy preparation process. Kim expressed her gratitude to her husband, saying, "I relied on him as he comforted me, telling me not to be impatient."
