Koyote's Bbaek Ga Detained at US Airport After Bullet Casing Found in Luggage
Koyote member Bbaek Ga shares a terrifying experience of being detained at a US airport due to a bullet casing found in his suitcase.
On the 11th, during the KBS Cool FM 'Park Myung-soo's Radio Show', Koyote member Bbaek Ga (Baek Sung-hyun) revealed a dizzying anecdote where he faced danger after being misunderstood for possessing ammunition at a US airport.
He shared the hardships he experienced while traveling with comedian Shim Jin-hwa and singer Sleepy.
Recalling his time returning to Korea after visiting the US for business, Bbaek Ga recounted the absurd experience: "When I arrived at the airport, my luggage didn't come out. I kept waiting, and finally, my bag appeared. But my luggage was wrapped tightly in chains. I was shocked when the sheriff said a bullet casing had been discovered in my carrier."
He explained, "When I opened the bag to check, there was actually an object shaped like a bullet inside. It was something a man gave me as a free gift when I bought items at a prop shop."
He further confessed, "He had removed the gunpowder from the bullet and carved a groove to turn it into a bottle opener, then gave it to me. Because of this, I was investigated for one hour."
Born in 1981, Bbaek Ga joined Koyote as a member starting from their 6th album in 2004. Since then, he has been active with hit songs such as 'Wish', 'Storm', 'Our Dream', 'Bimong', 'Aewon', and 'Silyeon'.
In addition to being a singer, he works as a photographer and entrepreneur.
