Ha Hee-ra joins 'Choi Soo-jong's Travelogue Season 3' to chase 3% rating

KBS2's 'Choi Soo-jong's Travelogue Season 3' will present a new travel story with the addition of actress Ha Hee-ra. As the "nation's most beloved couple," Choi Soo-jong and Ha Hee-ra are embarking on their first full-scale joint travel variety show, drawing significant interest in whether the program can rebound in viewership ratings.

Previously, 'Choi Soo-jong's Travelogue Season 2,' which aired last year, recorded a peak viewership rating of 2.4% (based on Nielsen Korea nationwide). Despite stable performance, the show failed to break the 3% barrier, making eyes turn toward whether Season 3 can create an upward trend through new changes.

Returning after one year, Choi will travel through various parts of Jeollanam-do alongside his life partner, Ha. Starting with Gurye, the two will visit Yeosu and Gwangyang in turn, capturing the local nature, culture, and stories of the people.

As a couple who has been together for a long time, their natural chemistry and daily life at the travel destinations are cited as the biggest highlights of this season.

To differentiate itself from existing travel programs, this season also introduces a new project called the 'Sura Course.'

After completing the journey in each city, Choi and Ha will each personally select two to three most impressive locations to propose their own unique travel courses. The feature offers the fun of comparing the couple's tastes as they view the same spaces through different perspectives, while also introducing courses that viewers can actually use for their own travels.

In their first destination, Gurye, they will introduce the diverse charms of the region by visiting the Seomjin River Bamboo Forest Path, the Korea Pressed Flower Museum, Saseongam Hermitage perched on a cliff, and Hanok stays. The show will also capture the pair sharing memories and challenging themselves to new experiences while traveling together.

The production team stated, "Season 3 is not simply a program that introduces travel destinations, but a travelogue that records a city through the eyes of a married couple.
