Chef Jung Ji Sun has revealed her extraordinary employee welfare policy. Her unconventional rewards—such as gifting luxury sedans or designer bags to long-term employees—along with full support for incentives and overseas business trip expenses, drew admiration from the cast.

On the episode of KBS 2TV's 'Boss in the Mirror' aired on the 2nd, Jung Ji Sun made an unannounced visit to her Gangnam store to inspect the working conditions of her staff.

On this day, Jung Ji Sun visited the store immediately after finishing her overseas schedule. She began a cold inspection, stating, "I came to instill discipline."

Upon entering the kitchen, Jung Ji Sun first checked the cleanliness, and her expression hardened when she discovered grease that had not been properly wiped away.

An employee bowed their head, saying, "We will make sure to clean it thoroughly," but the inspection did not end there.

While checking the refrigerator, Jung Ji Sun also pointed out that the arrival dates were not written on some of the ingredients.
